Return & Refund Policy

Due to the size, weight, and handling requirements of automotive lifts, all sales are final with limited return eligibility.

Order Cancellations & Returns

If an order has already shipped and the customer decides to cancel, the item may be returned, but the customer will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and return freight charges. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Returns must be approved in advance.

Freight Damage

We do not accept returns for products damaged during shipping. All customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment upon delivery.

If damage is found, the shipment must be refused at the time of delivery.

If refused, we will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement at no cost.

Once the delivery is signed for as free and clear, we cannot issue a refund for freight-related damage.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges once the product has been signed for and accepted in good condition.
