I originally wrote a very positive review but after being assured this was 100% made in the USA we find that the hydraulics are 100% made in China- I bought and paid more because the lift was 100% USA and to find out that the most important part (the hydraulics) are made in China. So if you think you are buying a 100% American made product you are not, you are being hosed. I’m honestly thinking about taking legal action against the company. I should have checked everything before the installation guys left.
Not a single problem. Everything went smoothly. The installers showed up a little late but they were great guys who knew exactly what they were doing.
everything went well from my initial conversation to the installation
Love the lift and bought the lift because it was made in the USA- However much to my dismay the most important past of the life the hydraulics is made in China- If I knew that in advance Inwould have never bought it.
Overall a great lift ( I have had it now for a hour) seriously it looks to be well made,
Easy operations. As you can see we stacked a Genesis GV80 coupe and John Wicks Mach 1 from the movie. You can find cheaper lifts but I wanted to make sure the cars are safe. Between the 2 cars mentioned we have 240 miles. Folks
Were easy to work with and didnt mind me calling to check the dimensions. (About 10 times) .
works well, I wish that the hydraulic hose that supplies the lift was not thru the side of the ramp. makes things difficult when working on the front (L) side. i would like to know if it can be move so as to not interfere with stepping off the ramp.
Excellent product. From the first phone call talking to Luke and having him explain everything to me about the lift that I was looking to purchase, knowing that I was buying an American maid product was very important to me after being scammed by another company. It showed up quickly was easy to put together and works. Excellent. highly recommend.
I`m sure that we all have our doubts about buying online products, but I personally couldn`t be happier with my lift. It works perfectly and was a snap to put together. And like I told the salesman I was really nervous when I saw the wrapping all ripped to shreds, but everything was there except the drip pans and they`re on their way already. I`m really impressed with the product thickness and structure of the lift. My wife caught me waxing the unit yesterday which only takes 10/15 minutes. Congratulations to the salesman for making my purchase as simple and speedy shipping. Thomas Berends dba
The entire thing was package very well with no damage it missing parts. I did find spring pins for the pulley shafts in the bottom, at first I thought they were extra then discovered the pulley shafts were falling out due to the spring pins missing. Everything went together perfect no issues, just make sure you check every nut, bolt, pulley , pin, etc. the vent cap for hydraulic cylinder was finger tight, the nut and jam nut in hydraulic cylinder was also finger tight. The one thing I did not like is they only provide a single poly nut for cable ends going through the caps, I’ll pick up 4 more nuts to put on cable ends just to be safe. We used a cherry picker to remove from shipping and for assembly, the assembly is very easy no real gotchas, if you’re mechanical this will be very simple. Make sure all lock pins are in pulley shafts, get cables in pulleys, use a racket strap to pull the hydraulic cylinder out fully extended makes life easier. Be sure to adjust cables after stretching with vehicle weight and check again a few days later. Be sure to check all nuts on the brake release rods as most all of them are just finger tight including the ones under the covers. If you buy the center jack have help to lift it better yet use a cherry picker as that thing is a tank. Glad I bought it as very nice to have and use. Luke was great and held it in warehouse for over a month until I could pick up since we had bad weather, he is very prompt and quick to answer any questions, certainly will be buying two more 4 post and s two post from him. Great products and great price. I hope the pump last many years
The lift itself exceeds my expectations, I would of give it 4.9 out of 5 stars but for a few minor problems. Packaging was mediocre (not sure why shipping company disassembled some of the crate) not Triumphs fault... but not sure. Assembly instructions ... I've seen much better and concise. Save yourself some time and purchase new bolts grade 8.8 or better for a peace of mind. Here's where the .9 comes in, the sales rep, Mr. Miller ... top notch, no b.s. just a straight forward "let get this done" kind of guy. Awesome! I would definitely recommend this lift.
Luke has been awesome to work with my 15 k lift is a work horse 🐴 could not be happier recommend Gearforce for anyone who is looking for a quality lift getting ready to get 4 post drive on thanks to Luke for all your hard work 5 star service and equipment
Extremely happy with my purchase. Put it together in a few hours, it fits perfect in my space, not too big, Not too small just right. The gentleman that helped me purchase it. It was very knowledgeable. I'm glad that we talked through everything. Without his guidance, I would have made a huge mistake. Thanks a bunch guys!
I'm in the process of installing the NSS-8 Classic shorter lift. So far, the hardware seems to be good with all the parts being made of heavy gauge steel. The lack of installation instructions is making the installation process slower than it should be.
I absolutely love the lift. I feel like it is quality built and the finish and operation are excellent. The assembly instructions could’ve been better, especially tying the cables to the corners and the cylinder. But I had a little help, and we got it done
Can’t thank Luke Miller enough. This lift is amazing. Worth the money. Quality is excellent. Instructions for install could use some updating. All said and done I’m very happy with the lift I ordered. Thanks again Luke.
Hello I recieved my SJ35 bridge jack it looks great I have not been able to try it out yet dye to having had recent knee replacement surgery and waiting to get healed up so I can get my new 4 post lift put together so I can try out my new bridge jack but as for now with out being able to use it until I get my lift pit together I believe it will suit my needs and im hoping to purchase another SJ35 bridge jack from you asap thank you
I had a couple of questions and called and they sent photos and answered my questions. Instructions would have been nice but I found someone had posted a very similar lift being put toget her and that helped! If you do put one together. And slide the support ends onto the post, leave it up about 4 feet from bottom so whenyou set the runners on you can see to get the bolts in easier! This lift is very heavy and takes a bit to get the cables adjusted. The cables were almost too short for my opinion!
the lift went together fairly easily with one other person helping. There is two item I did not care foron your lift. Assembly of the lock release shaft. There are two assembly holes and of course I used the wrong one to being with causing the one end not to release. I changed it around and is working fine now. It looks like this could have done at the factory. The other item is the hydraulic hose going from the pump to the bulkhead fitting on the ramp. This hose is very stiff and no matter how I adjust the position it gets twisted or kinked at the bottom of the upper position. This should be a hose with more flexibility and have a wire spring type of guard
I hope these comment are given consideration in your product improvement.
I am very happy with this lift. It serves all my purpose and is tall enough to park a vehicle underneath. I would recommend this lift to anyone and have so already to many of my friends. The fact that it comes with casters and you can roll it around is a big asset. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to assemble but the quality and ruggingness is there. Only recommendation I would make would be they do a video tutorial to make it quicker for assembly.
Picked this up from a local warehouse so that saved me shipping cost. Super easy to put together. I should have pulled the trigger long ago on a lift. I bought the NSS 11
My neighbor has owned two of these lifts for almost 4 years, I don't No why it took me so long to pull the trigger, the crew rolled in at 3:00 p.m. and was driving away at 5:30, I had an operational lift in two and a half hours! I'm absolutely thrilled with my new lift!
I am an Amgo fan!
