Freight Responsibility and Returns
Once an order has been shipped, the customer assumes full responsibility for both the initial freight cost and any return shipping costs. In the event a product is returned, a refund will be issued only after the item is received and inspected, and it will be net of all shipping expenses incurred.
Delivery and Offloading Options
We offer multiple options to accommodate your receiving needs:
Carrier Dock Pickup:
Customers who do not have equipment (such as a forklift) to unload the shipment may opt to pick up the item directly from the local carrier dock using their own trailer.
Direct Delivery:
If the customer has appropriate offloading equipment, the carrier can deliver the shipment directly to the customer's location. It is the customer’s responsibility to offload the item safely and efficiently from the truck.
Shipment Acceptance and Claims
Upon receiving your shipment:
Inspect Before Signing:
It is crucial to thoroughly inspect the shipment for any visible or concealed damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Final Sale After Signature:
Once a shipment is signed for free and clear, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. The sale is considered final.
Concealed Damage:
If damage is discovered after delivery (concealed damage), the customer may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist with any necessary documentation if required.
Shipping Timeframe
For products that are in stock, standard shipping processing time is 1–2 business days, and transit time is 5–8 business days.
Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information via email and text.
The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment at your convenience prior to arrival.
